Motion Designer, educator, and editor sum it up pretty succinctly. I live to find inventive ways to put frames and pixels and minds together.
I'm a freelance motion designer working in Seattle, but I originally hail from Boston (yes, I do hate the Yankees). I love rigging characters when I have the chance and have a lot of experience localizing videos. Designing pipelines for optimal efficiency to get out a huge amount of content in languages from all over the world requires a fastidious work ethic. When I'm not doing either of these things, I design and animate explainer videos for Microsoft, Amazon, T-Mobile, Capgemini, and other sundry tech clients.
Outside of my professional work, I can usually be found playing board games or video games with friends (Root and The Witcher are particular favorites), devouring the little we know about prehistory (apparently the first ever towns didn't have doorways), or reading the latest exploits of my favorite comic book characters (because everyone needs a little soap opera).
